Uganda Police has confirmed that Coach Mike Mutebi has been found alive and he is currently medication.
“Coach Mike Mutebi has been found in Kisubi and is currently receiving medical attention at a hospital, where health personnel are assessing his condition.” Reads part of the Police statement
Police thanked all those that
came forward with information regarding his whereabouts.
It was said that Mutebi went missing on March 7th 2026 from Kisubi Beach
That he had attended a Catholic seminar at the beach and was last seen at about 6:30pm as participants prepared to travel back to Kampala. However, upon arrival in Kawempe, he could not be accounted for.
