KAMPALA– Police is holding in detention a one Sandra Teta a wife to local musician Douglas Mayanja aliaz Weasle after she allegedly intentionally run over him following a heated domestic violence.
Sandra Teta yesterday night at Shan’s bar in Munyonyo Makindye division got behind the steering of a motor vehicle registered UBH 148Y and intentionally knocked down Weasle hence causing him serious injuries.
According to the Kampala metropolitan Deputy police spox Luke Owoyesigyire, Sandra Teta is currently detained at Kabalagala police station.
Her vehicle was also impounded and is as well parked at Kabalagala police.
Meanwhile Weasle is also admitted at Nsambya hospital where he’s under medical care.
This is not the first time for the couple to involve themselves in a domestic violence, as the two love birds on various occasions have been in limelight over similar violence.
