The public has been advised to disregard the misinformation and rely only on official communication issued by the Ministry of Works and Transport for updates regarding the digital number plate programme.
The Ministry also cautioned members of the public against creating, sharing, or amplifying unverified information, warning that such misinformation can cause unnecessary confusion and inconvenience.
