Nebbi- Sheikh Imran Abdunoor Ssali, the UMSC Secretary for Religious Affairs, has arrived in the West Nile Muslim Region for a five-day official working visit.
During the visit, he is scheduled to represent His Eminence Dr. Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje, the Mufti of Uganda, as the chief guest at the swearing-in ceremonies of the newly appointed Kadhis for the newly created Muslim districts of Obongi, Bidi Bidi, Madi Okollo, Zombo, and Nebbi.
Sheikh Ssali and his entourage were welcomed to the region by Sheikh Mahdie Muhmood Raihan, the West Nile Regional Assistant to the Mufti, who was accompanied by Hon. Aluma Habib, the Regional Secretary.
