Kampala- A few hours after AIGP (Rtd) Asan Kasingye has stepped down as the SC Villa Public Relations officer, the Club has came up with a fresh decision.
“The earlier miscommunication has been resolved internally.
AIGP (Rtd) Asan Kasingye rermains the official Spokesperson of Sports Club Villa.” Reads part of the statement from the Club management
In the same communication, it was revealed that Kasingye will continue to serve together with all Executive Members who remain committed to working for the Club and steering it to greater heights.
The misunderstanding between Kasingye and the Club resulted from the miscommunication on what amount must be paid by a candidate as Presidential nomination fee. Kasinye was saying 20 million shillings and later the Club publicly denied that amount saying that the figure is 100 million shillings.
