KAMPALA– The National Peasants’ Party’s (NPP) National Executive Committee (NEC), has summoned Hajjati Stecia Mayanja, the Party President to give explanations over misconduct, following her appearance on NRM rally without clearance.
“The National Peasants’ Party (NPP), through the Secretary
General, hereby summons Hajat Stecia Mayanja Faridah to
appear before the National Executive Committee (NEC) on 25th September 2025,4:00 pm at the Party Headquarters.” Stated
Sentongo Sharif Nambale the Party Secretary General.
He also emphasized , that Stecia is required to respond to these allegations and will be given a fair hearing. That failure to appear without valid reason may result in disciplinary action.
Stecia Mayanja was one of the many Artists who performed at President Yoweri Museveni’s Post Nomination Rally, despite of being a President of an Opposition Political Party.
