KAMPALA – Peterson Bogere, one of those intending to contest for Presidency in the forthcoming 2026 General elections has shocked the nation after revealing that he is planning to hold his first rally at National Unity Platform (NUP) headquarters at Makerere-Kavule.
“I have written to Churches and Mosques requesting them for space but they have not responded, those that responded have small space. I had wanted to first address my supporters at NRM headquarters, but it is also too small, therefore I will hold it at NUP Headquarters.”
He has asked NUP supporters not to take it in my bad faith on Wednesday when he comes for the rally immediately after being nominated by the Electoral Commission.
This has left many people asking themselves how , Bogere managed to collect all the required signatures when prominent political parties are being tossed around to add more signatures.
