KAMPALA– Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF) has confirmed that the Army working with Uganda Police, have held an operation in which they have arrested Tasi Calvin aka Bobi Giant a strong support of National Unity Platform (NUP) Party.
“Bobi Giant was held in a joint security operation by Uganda Police and the Army. He is being accused of engage in a military like parade at Makerere Kavule recently.” revealed Felix Kulayige, UPDF Spokesperson during the media interview
Kulayige also added that Bobi Giant any time as soon as Investigations are done , he will be paraded before court like his other colleagues namely; Eddie Ssebuufu aka Eddie Mutwe and Achileo Kivumbi who are currently on remand in Luzira Prison.
Bobi Giant was arrested on Saturday evening from Kawempe North where he had accompanied the area Member of Parliament, Erias Nalukoola Luyimbaazi.
