Kampala– St. Mary’s Kisubi Old Boys Association (SMACKOBA) has congratulated its members who were elected to Parliament in the recently concluded 2026 General Elections.

In a congratulatory message, the association praised the newly elected legislators for their achievement and commitment to public service.
“We congratulate our own on their victories in the 2026–2031 Parliamentary elections. We celebrate your service and excellence,” reads part of the message.
Among the SMACKOBA members elected to Parliament are Hon. Vincent Freedom, who won the Kyaka North seat; Hon. Andrew Oulanyah, elected Member of Parliament for Omoro County; Hon. Okot Boniface H, who secured the Kole South seat; and Hon. Solomon Osiya A, elected for Toroma County.
Others include Hon. Dr. Charles Ayume, elected Member of Parliament for Koboko Municipality, and Hon. Dr. Gerald Kasigwa, who won the Kigorobya County seat.
SMACKOBA hailed the victories as a testament to the association’s long-standing tradition of leadership, discipline, and service to the nation, noting that the elected members will play a key role in national development during the 2026–2031 parliamentary term.
