MPIGI– Former Member of Parliament for Mpigi district HON Sarah nakawunde Temulanda has urged the women, young mothers and youths to embrace Elsa Africa skilling programs to reduce the unemployment rate in the country.
Speaking at the event where 42 girls, women and young mothers received certificates in tailoring and hair dressing course, at Elsa vocational training center, HON Sarah said hands on skills are the only way to reduce the rate of women, and youth unemployment in the country.

The director for Elsa Africa Ddumba Lawrence asked the government to work with NGOS like Elsa Africa to come up with programs that specifically cater to the skilling needs of women and girls.
