KAMPALA -One of Uganda’s popular Bloggers and Journalist Mugerwa Nicholas aka Kookie, popularly known for keeping his followers informed about burial programs of celebrities, has launched a campaign to raise funds for his journey to Rwanda.
“Dear Kookie Promotions Funz A I need your support to raise UGX 1.5M for my journey to Rwanda to cover Gogo’s burial. Every contribution counts, thank you for
standing with me.” Reads part of Kookie’s social media post.
However a number of his followers have welcomed the idea which will help him to keep them informed, well as others have rubished the idea alleging that it’s not necessary.
Kookie is one of the Ugandan Bloggers who have been at fore front of attending atleast every Burial, vigil and requiem mass of prominent people in Kampala.
Away from that, he has been at the fire front when it comes to comforting and supporting Bloggers, Tik tokers and other media personalities in terms of grief.
