KAMPALA– Lwengo District Chairperson Ibrahim Kitatta Al Malik on Saturday picked nomination forms for Bukoto West Parliamentary seat.
It should be remembered that, in the recent NRM Primaries, Kitatta garnered 9,116 votes and was defeated by Muhammad Ssentaayi who received 12, 369 votes.
Being dissatisfied with the outcomes, he petitioned the NRM election tribunal citing out that the whole process was marred with violence and Electoral malpractice.
However, results of the tribunal didn’t favor him and thus resulted to come as an independent.
