MPIGI– Hon. Teddy Nambooze , the Woman Member of Parliament for Mpigi District after thorough investigations and survey, has been handed the National Unity Platform (NUP) flag for the second time.

Although flags for other Constituencies were issued last month, but for Mpigi Woman MP, the card had to first under go re-evaluation. During this period many were spreading rumors that Nambooze was not supporting Party candidates on some positions with in the district.
Nambooze denied these allegations claiming their are baseless rumors being spread by people with ill motives.
“After a certain period of review, the EMC has once again entrusted me to carry my party flag (NUP)
to represent the people of Mpigi District as the Woman MP, we give the Glory to the Lord.”
She pledged to remain committed to the struggle, party values and to continue diligently serve her people of Mpigi and Uganda at large.
“Beloved people of Mawokota, your unwavering support, prayers and advise have enabled us to win the first round but the final race matters most, let’s keep the frame burning.” She added
