KAMPALA– Singer Patrick Mulwana who is currently under investigations over murdering Wilfred Nuwamanya, has responded to Police that being that he is not a criminal, he will not allow to be arrested as it is being planned and am not ready to hide.
“If you see that on my level I killed that young man at my level. If he is the one that I have ever killed, the Lord will forgive me for that.”
He stated that he posted on his official social media accounts seeking for help from Police after receiving threats on his life, but these were ignored until when he heard that he is being investigated.
“Am neutral, am not NRM or NUP but in most cases it’s the Opposition which attacks me over my conduct.”
That many accuse his musical group members of being gangs, but he described these as unsubstantiated rumors.
“The fans are the most big problem in this industry, continue with the music. Am going to give music a break as I had done the other time when I was in Nairobi, but even if I stop singing no problem.”
He added that having faced several problems in the music field, he will concentrate on his other issues as he did before.
