KAMPALA– All is not well for Singer Patrick Mulwana aka Alien Skin, after Uganda Police Force launching serious investigations to establish his contribution in the murder of fellow Singer, Wilfred Namuwaya, a former member of the Fangone Forest.
It is alleged, that on September 20, 2025, Namuwaya was forcibly taken from his Ndeeba residence by a one Musomali, a known associate of Fangone Forest, acting on instructions of Alien Skin. Took him to Makindye based Fangone offices were he was seriously beaten and later on rushed to hospital where he was later declared dead.
“That, Alien Skin instructed one of his bodyguards, identified as Musumali, to pick Namuwaya from his home and bring him to the Fungon basement. Upon receiving orders, Musumali rushed to Namuwaya’s home, picked him like a grasshopper, and delivered him to the basement.” Revealed Patrick Onyango Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson
That, later on, Alien ordered his men to discipline Namuwaya over his misbehavior in order to deter all other group members who may be having the same mentality, that of abandoning Fangone without Alien’s consent.
It is further alleged that team after beating Namuwaya severely, dumped him in Ndeeba near his home , where later on , local residents saw him and rushed him to Mulago Hospital, where he died a day after.
