Namirembe – The National Executive Committee for the Democratic Front party is scheduled to meet this Friday to determine whether to nominate a presidential flag bearer for the party in the upcoming national general elections.

This information was revealed by the party’s president, Rt. Hon. Mathias Mpuuga Nsamba.
Mpuuga Nsamba noted that the party’s strategists have been drafting a minimum agenda for the past month to guide the party in key strategic decisions and operations.
He revealed that on Friday this week, the National Executive Committee will convene to discuss this minimum agenda and make important decisions, including whether the party should nominate a presidential flag bearer for the upcoming general elections.
According to Mpuuga, Friday’s NEC meeting will also decide on the party’s position regarding potential cooperation with other parties and the terms of such cooperation in the upcoming general elections
