KAMPALA– Lord Councilor and Kampala Woman Member of Parliament aspirant, Hon Zahara Luyirika is among has been among the first people to counsel their colleagues who didn’t receive National Unity Platform (NUP) Party tickets at Local Government level.
In her message to one of her chief Campaigners, Saudah Madada who had expressed interest to contest for Lord Woman Councilor but lost to Eve Kyazike, Luyirika said “Saudah Madaada, my sister, you are not in the wrong place. We deeply cherish your sacrifice and efforts towards this noble cause of liberating our country.” She said
Luyurika added, that although Madada’s heart may be heavy and filled with questions, but there is hope that she will overcome all the challenges by God’s grace.
“Your love for democracy and the courage you carry are clear to all of us. Please stay calm, for the party and the struggle need you now more than ever. You are not alone—we love you, we stand with you, and we believe in you.”
Despite of all what is going on, Madada is still tight lipped as the world awaits to know her next move.
