MENGO- Namugga Prossy, a mother to Tumwine Moses who is charged with tress passing at Miracle Center Rubaga, has landed into trouble after his son whom he stood surety in Court, failed to show up on several occasions for hearing of his case.

As a surety, Namugga was assigned with a role of ensuring that Moses turns up wherever court needs him, but unfortunately upon being released on bail, the accused disappeared and never returned for hearing of his case. Being that all his co accused have been religiously attended Court, Prosecution applied to have his sureties arrested for neglecting their responsibilities.
The first person to fall victim was the mother , who was brought to court on Thursday to explain more about the whereabouts of his son.
“Your worship, I don’t know the whereabouts of Tumwine because, I lost contact with him while I was on my sick bed, ever since then I have never seen him again.” Prossy revealed to court
However the Prosecution asked Court to compel her to produce the accused in court since she pleaded that she would do or else be forced to vomit 20 million shillings cash having signed on the court bond papers consisting of the same amount.
Since she informed court that she had no money, the trial Magistrate, remanded her to Luzira Prison until 5th September 2025 when she will be expected to receive the ruling on the same matter.
Tumwine along side other individuals, were arrested in 2023 for trespassing at Rubaga Miracle Centre Cathedral with an alleged intent to annoy the man of God pastor Robert Kayanja.
