A few days after , local Singer Rebecca Kukiriza aka Chozen Becky has posted photos on her social media platforms for her visit to Meddina in Mecca , a holy city for Muslim believers.
Many people seem to have received it with mixed feelings, among these were the Shiekhs who accuse Ssekajja, Chozen Becky’s new husband of violating religious norms.
“Both of you will be punished for playing around with the holy city of Mecca, how can you take some one whom you know very well that he is a non Muslim into that holy place reserved for only believers.” One sheikh remarked
Sheikh Salim Bbosa is among those who shown anger about, Ssekajja’s action and he asked the couple to immediately seek for forgiveness before things turn worse for them.
Others have supported the Couple’s actions, saying that nobody has a monopoly over that place which is among the top tourist sites.
