BUSOGA– Three Ministers from Busoga region will never forget the recently concluded NRM Primaries after miserably losing to other party members.

Hon Esther Mbayo, the Minister for Presidency was defeated in the Luuka District Woman MP race by Annet Nabirye, Hon Frederick Ngobi Gume, the State Minister for Trade was defeated in the Bulamogi Northwest Constituency by John Patrick Kasajja.
Hon Racheal Magoola defeated by Amina Mutesi Nalugooda for Bugweri District Woman MP, Hon Igeme Nathan defeated by Mbaziira Richard in Jinja South West, Hon Walyomu Moses defeated by Munyirwa Frederick in Kagoma Constituency and Hon Frederick Bwino Kyakulaga defeated in Kigulu North.
Hon Agnes Taaka defeated by Namatende Eunice in the Bugiri Woman MP contest, Hon Naigaga Mariam defeated in the Namutumba Woman MP contest and Hon John Teira of Bugabula defeated by Anita Flavia Omondi.
It’s not clear whether, these defeated incumbent will accept the outcomes of the elections, or they will defy Party Constitution and stand as independent in the forthcoming general elections.
